Performance Value Analysis

Sustainability: GCC-132S adopted a waterless pre-treatment and 100% recycled yarn as base fabric, creating a much higher level of sustainable value for the product.


Resolution&Saturation: The fine texture surface enables it to suitable for medium-format pictures and can meet the needs of general home decoration, hotel decoration, and photographic printing. High color fidelity, enabling the color vividness of pigments to reach 95% – 98% of the theoretical maximum.


Tensile Strength: The base fabric has relatively high tensile strength. It will not have problems during normal frame – stretching operations and the production of medium to large format pictures.


Angle Cracking: When folded at a 180 – degree angle, very fine cracks may appear, which are difficult to notice without careful observation.


Dimensional Stability: After Latex printing, the substrate undergoes high temperature curing, the dimensional change rate is controlled within 0.5 %.


Anti – Scratch: After printing with appropriate ink and allowing it to dry completely, scratched with an ordinary fingernail on the surface, the scratch marks are not obvious.


Opacity: Almost completely covers the underlying layer. After being hung on the wall, only under strong light from a specific angle may there be a very slight see – through phenomenon.


Color Fastness:Very good. After 800 hours of standard light exposure testing, the color change △E*ab is between 1 and 2, and fading is not obvious.
